Installation of 3-phase 160A mains supply and MCCB connections, full small power distribution, lighting and controls (including RIDI and LED feature lighting), new fire alarm and refuge systems, access control replacement, EV charging infrastructure, heating and hot water supplies including ASHP, plus associated containment and cabling throughout.
