A complete M&E package including distribution upgrades, structured cabling, bespoke lighting, ventilation and domestic water services, designed to support both gallery and back-of-house functions.
Works included new Cat6 network and fibre backbone installation, upgraded distribution panels fed from the existing basement DB, new containment systems, bespoke lighting installations, small power systems, access control with video entry, domestic water services, unvented hot water cylinders, and WC ventilation systems.
